“The Company” refers to ZenFam Inc. (O/A ZenFam Food Solutions)

“Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at www.zenfamfoodsolutions.com


“Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which ZenFam Food Solutions provides a comprehensive platform offering food brokerage, sales representation, relationship management, negotiation, and market research services. The website facilitates connections between food vendors and operators, enabling users to access resources, request consultations, and engage with ZenFam’s suite of foodservice solutions. Additionally, it supports online communication through forms, email, text, and direct messaging, enhancing user experience and service delivery.
